Read ingestion results
What a completed ingestion's page shows, and how to check it.
A completed ingestion's page shows what Lighthouse learned about the repository. Open it from the repository's Ingestions tab.
Summary
The top of the page shows the branch and commit that were read, Files analyzed, and Security cards available.
Repository summaries
Repository summaries describe how the repository is built, in five tabs:
| Tab | Describes |
|---|---|
| Persistence | How the code stores and reads data. |
| Routes | The HTTP routes and handlers. |
| Entry points | Where outside input enters the code. |
| Controls | Authentication, permission checks, and validation. |
| Libraries | The external libraries and how they're used. |
Each tab can be copied or downloaded. Skim them once. If a summary is wrong, for example it misses that a route requires login, the cards from the same run may be wrong too. You can re-run that section.
Security cards
The Security cards list shows every rule this ingestion wrote. Expand Rule evidence on a card to see why it exists:
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Rationale | Why the rule matters in this repository. |
| Enforcement point | Where in the code the rule is applied, or should be. |
| Source files | The files the rule was learned from. |
If a card is wrong or too strict, edit or delete it.
Only the latest run counts
A branch uses the cards from its most recent completed ingestion. Older runs stay in the history, but their cards aren't used.
